Sidharth Malhotra, Raashi Khanna and Disha Patani starrer 'Yodha' finally released in theaters on Friday, March 15. The film was promoted a lot but the opening of the film was nothing special. Directed by Sagar Ambre and Pushkar Ojha, 'Yoddha' is produced by Karan Johar's Dharma Productions.
According to 'Sacnilk', 'Yoddha' collected Rs 4.25 crore on the first day. On Friday, the film got an overall Hindi occupancy of 11.72 percent. Most of the people watched this film in Chennai, followed by cities like Hyderabad and Jaipur.
Ajay Devgan, R Madhavan and Jyotika starrer 'Shaitan' is giving good competition to 'Yoddha'. 'Shaitan' has completed one week in theatres, the film collected Rs 4.61 crore on Friday. 'Shaitan' has so far collected Rs 84.36 crore in India.
'Yodha' stars Raashi Khanna, Disha Patani, Ronit Roy and Tanuj Virwani in lead roles along with Sidharth Malhotra. Sidharth Malhotra and Raashi Khanna are seen sharing the screen for the first time in the film. Both of them have played the role of husband and wife. 'Yoddha' is directed by Pushkar Ojha. When the trailer of the film was released, the audience liked it very much. However, the film failed to meet the expectations of the audience on the first day. Now all eyes are on the weekend collection.
