Former President of the District Congress Committee (Urban), Ludhiana, Pawan Dewan celebrated the festival of Lohri with senior party leaders and workers at Sarabha Nagar here. On this occasion, Pawan Dewan said that such festivals reflect our rich cultural heritage. He extended Lohri greetings to everyone present and prayed to God that the festival brings happiness and prosperity into everyonersquos lives. Among those present on the occasion were PCC member Sushil Malhotra, senior Congress leader Inderjit Kapoor, Kulbir Neeta, Jaswinder Singh Osahan, Varun Sharma, Amarinder Jassowal, Gagan Bawa, Gurnam Singh Kaler, Sudhir Syal, Raman Sharma, Sanjeev Bassi, Santosh Garg, and Ajay Kumar.
